Come and join us for a unique exercise experience based on the work of Dr. Alexander Lowen. Working with the energy patterns in the body, through breathing, stretching, grounding, and self-massage, we seek to harmonize the relationship between body and mind.
Through a series of gentle but powerful exercises, tense areas are gradually opened (neck, back, hip, shoulders, ankles, and fingers) so that the energy can move more freely allowing the body to regain its natural aliveness, vitality, and health. This class is excellent for pregnant women.
